Breakfast
Banana & Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup of strawberries, diced
1/2 cup of frozen Greek yogurt
- 1 tea spoon of honey
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Blend til' smooth. Enjoy.
Mid Morning Snack
Walnut-Stuffed Dates
- 8 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup of toasted walnut halves
Stuff dates with walnuts. Enjoy as bite-sized snack.
Lunch
Broccoli-Turkey-Cheddar Wrap
- 1/2 cup of broccolette heads, chopped to bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup of all-natural cheddar cheese
- 2 cage-free eggs
- 1/2 cup of all-natural turkey breast, chopped
- 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
- 1 table spoon of real butter
Mix broccolette, cheese, turkey and eggs in a mixing bowl.
Cook in pan with butter.
Wrap in tortilla.
Afternoon Snack
Apple-Banana-Nut Butter Snack
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 table spoons of all-natural almond or peanut butter
Stack apple, nut butter and banana.
Enjoy.
Dinner
Lobster-Avocado-Cilantro Salad
- 2 cups of cooked lobster tail, chopped (I used wild caught Longostino lobster tails)
- 2 cups of diced avocado
- 1 cup of diced cucumber
- 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt
- 2 tea spoons of cilantro
- 1/2 table spoon of avocado or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 table spoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash of black pepper
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix well and serve.
Dessert
Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie
- 3/4 cup of all-natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tea spoon of honey
- 1 cup of all-natural brown cane sugar
- 1 tea spoon of baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of organic oats
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon or clean hands.
- Roll mix into 6 - 7 balls.
- Put each ball on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
That looks really good. Im gonna try the lobster-avocado-cilantro salad. I love anything w cilantro in it :) have a good weekend.

Ahhhh I'm soooo lazy with smoothies but this one looks sooooo good! Bet it will be good for detoxing my body of all those stupid steroids. I can never resist Greek yogurt!

Wow all of your food choices look so yummy and healthy at the same time. I've tried for the longest to try to eat cleaner, but it's so hard trying to come up with recipes. I'm going to have to steal some of your ideas here :)
