Mid Morning Snack
Black bean tortilla chips with avocado slices
Lunch
Organic chicken sausage over organic quinoa pasta, with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and minced basil.
Afternoon Snack
Banana slices with Wild Friends Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter.
Dinner
Chicken salad made with diced broiled chicken breast, in mayo made with olive oil and plain Greek yogurt.
Dessert
Homemade blueberry sauce, with all-natural brown cane sugar, over Greek yogurt.

the pics looking delish! i do the same routine. i eat pretty clean a whole week except Sunday would be my cheat day. I try to work out 5-6 days a week. Not easy though but i try push myself to do it. And thank you for this post, it keeps me motivated :)

ohhh wow!! When I saw this post title, I expected the same typical food, but I was quite shocked at the foods you put! They all look so delicious and if I ate like this, it wouldn't even feel like dieting hehe! The chips and banana and pasta and greek yogurt all look so delicious!!! I'm kinda tempted to incorporate some of these dishes into my daily diet hehe!
