The fried rice looks freaking awesome! I recently have been making lots of fried rice with bits of chinese sasauge, salted fish, carrots, fish cake and all the good stuff! That baked salmon salad also looks so appetizing! I've got two salmon steaks in the freezer now, I want to bake them with a miso citrus glaze for my boyfriend and I!
