1. Creamy Tomato Sauce Over Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Natural sea salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup of diced Onion
- 1/2 tbsp of butter
- Melt butter in a pan. Heat on high.
- Add diced onion and tomatoes. Cook until outside is golden or a little brown.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Turn heat to medium. Stir.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Stir a few more seconds.
- Pour sauce over sliced baked chicken. (Got mine ready-made from the grocery store.)
2. Turkey and Alfalfa Sprouts Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 slices of all natural whole wheat bread
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Turkey breast
- Balsamic vinegar
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Pile slices of turkey breast, mozzarella and alfalfa sprouts on a piece of bread.
- Drizzle creation with balsamic vinegar.
- Enjoy.
3. Apricot Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Apricot preserves (preferably one that's organic and reduced-sugar)
- 1/2 cup of natural cane or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of dark vinegar
- 1 cup of muscato wine (or any dessert wine)
- 1 tsp of vegetable oil
- 5 pieces of dried apricot, diced
- 1/2 bowl of diced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1 tbsp of corn starch
- Heat sauce pan on high. Add oil.
- Add diced onion, garlic and dried apricot. Cook until golden.
- Lower heat to medium.
- Add apricot preserves. Stir.
- Stir in vinegar, then stir in sugar.
- Stir in wine.
- To thicken sauce, add corn starch and stir.
- When sauce becomes smooth in consistency, it's done. Pour over baked chicken slices. (Again, I got mine ready-made from the grocery store.)
- Wrap prosciutto around mozzarella ball.
- Lay each wrap on plate with tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Enjoy as snack or appetizer.
5. Cucumber Slices with Dill

- 2 egg yolks, boiled
- Extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tbsp of sour cream (I recommend Daisey brand because it's all natural.)
- Dill
- Cucumbers, sliced
- All natural bread
Directions:
- In a bowl, crush boiled egg yolk with a spoon. Then add olive oil and stir. Stop until egg yolk and olive oil reach creamy consistency.
- Add sour cream.

- Stir well.
- Spread mixture onto a piece of bread.
- Lay sliced cucumber on top.
- Sprinkle with drops of dill weed.
