REVIEW - MISIKO HANA PROFESSIONAL FLAT IRON

When marketing from Misikko Hana contacted me to conduct a review on their flat iron, I was thrilled -- no, more than thrilled.

You want me to review my favorite hair tool? OF COURSE I WILL!

So, I anxiously waited for the package, and it arrived last week:

The beautifully packed package included:

Misikko professional hair straightener

A Round brush

Shine Serum

Hand sanitizer, mask and nail files

Head towel, E.L.F face whip and E.L.F lip gloss

That's quite a package, right?


Now, the review...



Packaging


All the items above arrived in beautifully compacted package box.


The hair straightener came in its own box, with a faux leather pouch.


Package also included a travel pack for the straightener.


The entire package really is presentable enough as a prized gift.


Heating Time

The iron took very little time to heat up. About 2 - 3 minutes.

 Performance

I sectioned my hair into 5 - 6 parts -- yes, very thick Asian hair.


With each section, I then sectioned hair into 4 - 5 smaller sections.


Each smaller section took just one stroke to straighten.


The entire head took about 5 to 10 minutes.


Hair looks very straight (I call it the "Cher Effect") afterward. The front was, however, straighter than the back.

The cord was really long, which can be annoying for travel. 


However, I understand that most straighteners are used in salons, which requires a longer cord.

Definitely. 

If I need a hair straightener, I will certainly consider this brand.

Heck! I might get their blow dryers too.
