There is only 1 chance to make a first impression and that's why a clear, beautiful skin is so important to obtain. If your skin is bad, no amount of makeup can cover it up. So be kind to the skin you are in and treat it well every day, week, month and year!
Every day:
- Wash your face thoroughly once every morning and once every night
- Wear moisturizer
- Wear SPF
- Take your vitamins
Every week:
- Let your skin breath by not wearing any makeup 1 day of the week
- Exfoliate
Every month:
- Get a facial. An at-home facial is fine too. Your skin has been good to you, so you need to be good to it too.
Every year:
- Get a full-body, head-to-toe skin exam from your dermatologist for skin cancer. Early detection can save your life!
good article! got any tips for fave moisturizers and exfoliators??
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tips. These tips are very useful. I am pretty bad at washing my face. I just recently started to pay more attention to my skin. I sure will keep these tips in mind.
ReplyDeleteSuch good tips! Admittedly, I am not the best at taking care of my skin. I think I may add this to my new years resolutions :)

ReplyDeleteGreat advice! I seem to have a hard time not wearing any make-up...unless i only go to the gym or grocery store...oh, and as far as getting the exam once a year...more people should follow this...I had melanoma and was lucky enough to catch it...and I've never been a sun worshipper!
