I eat a lot of veggies and drink water, but I'm probably not as good about eating fruit as I could be. I tried to change that last year and it didn't stick.

The photo is great, LOL! I always eat grapes, they are so antioxidant-rich! I drink herbal tea and eat grapes and I find it very effective!
